Pools provide summertime, family fun. Repairs, however, can cost thousands.
Pool and Spa Inspection
Pools are increasingly common in Central Texas backyards, and most new homeowners are unfamiliar with their technical aspects. Repairs, however, can be costly.
A pool inspection determines if
▪ all required safety barriers are present and functioning correctly
▪ the pump operates and is in good working condition
▪ electrical wiring, lights and outlets are properly protected and weatherproofed
▪ external piping and valves are leak-free
▪ skimmers and filtration systems are functional
▪ pool deck, coping and liner are free of cracks, discoloration and pitting
▪ the pool/spa heater, if present, operates as intended
▪ if the water is balanced by a comprehensive chemistry analysis
All pool inspections are conducted by a National Swimming Pool Foundation Certified Pool Operator/Inspector and pool owner
